Hearing Officer

Since 2004, Linda F. Close has provided Hearing Officer services through the Minnesota Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH). OAH hears contested cases for state agencies and certain local governments. As an administrative law judge, Linda F. Close has presided over such diverse disputes as professional licensing, special education, veterans affairs, environmental protection, and local ordinance interpretation. She can assist local governments by providing fair hearings in accordance with due process requirements and local law.
